SoCal Avalar Grand Opening

                        

Recently SoCal Avalar Real Estate held their grand opening and received a warm welcome from the city of Irvine, CA. Nearly 200 guests attended the event that included a ribbon cutting ceremony by Irvine City Councilmember Steven S. Choi, PHD. Members of the Academy Awards Orchestra provided live music and $2000 worth of prizes were given away to those in attendance. Min Kim, broker of SoCal Avalar, is enthusiastic about the growth potential of his new office and is confident that Avalar will soon become a household name in Southern California.

Min has over 8 years of experience in real estate investment and sales transactions. He opened an independent brokerage in 2004 and later made the decision to purchase an Avalar franchise. In addition, Min is a co-founder of Silverstone Holdings, LLC, a real estate investment company.
