Mandeville, Louisiana Industry Leaders Awarded Avalar Franchise

             

Mandeville, LA: January 2008: Avalar Real Estate is excited to announce that Genny Babin,
along with Rick and Sandra Roberts, formerly of Keller Williams Realty Services in Mandeville,
Louisiana, are its newest franchisees.

After their ten-year affiliation with Keller Williams, Genny, Rick and Sandra decided to break out on
their own to form a new brokerage. It quickly became apparent that the biggest challenge was how
to separate themselves from the pack. Rick believed the key was to identify innovative incentives to
offer prospective agents and staff that would induce them to leave their big-name company. More
