Avalar Strengthens Executive Team

Las Vegas, NV: December 2007: Avalar Real Estate is proud to announce that Mr. Nam Phan has been appointed as Executive Vice-President of the Western United States. Nam will oversee IT strategies and franchise sales throughout the west coast and oversee Avalar’s technological advances. Additionally, he will build on Avalar’s 68% growth by identifying market leaders and encouraging ongoing expansion throughout the Western United States.

Prior to joining Avalar, Nam served as the managing broker for multiple Prudential Real Estate offices in California. Nam also held various roles with ZipRealty, Inc. over the course of eight years, including Director of Operation Standards, Director of Training for the company’s 1,800 real estate agents, and as Director of Real Estate Services Development.

Nam grew up in Marin County and received a B.S. in Psychology from U.C. Santa Barbara. He is fluent in English, French, and Vietnamese and currently resides in Novato, CA. Nam is extremely excited about Avalar’s agent-centric model and the incredible opportunity it presents to brokers and agents alike.

In late 2001, Avalar expanded from a small independent California real estate firm and began to expand nationally. Today Avalar Real Estate is experiencing tremendous growth and is proud to have received a patent for its unique recruiting and retention program “Path to Success®.”
