There is a new real estate company in Columbus!!!
Columbus, GA: Monday, November 5, 2007: Although not the first explorer to reach the Americas, Columbus's voyage came at a critical time of growth and economic competition between developing nation states seeking wealth. In similar fashion to that of Columbus, Avalar is not the first real estate company to open its doors in Columbus, GA; however it is the first real estate company in a market steeped in a sea of traditional brokerages to meet head-on the long term economic needs of its own. Avalar Southland Realty has acquired its first office, located in the newly renovated 1200 Wynnton building, on Wynnton Road across from the Columbus Museum. Richard F. Edwards, managing broker of the office, comes to Avalar with 13 years of real estate sales and managerial experience combined with a firm understanding of what’s needed. “ With the growth expected in Columbus over the next several years, this is a very exciting time for us to become involved in the community, both on a professional and a personal level.
