NEW AGENT TRAINING

Avalar has developed "Success Express," a five-week program that helps new licensees understand the fundamentals of the business and put them into action. From contracts and marketing materials to negotiation and opening an escrow, the focus is on helping agents get business right away. This five-week curriculum is included with every Avalar franchise and is fully customizable. The Avalar “Success Express” training course can be used as a stand-alone course or in conjunction with many of the Success Modules and skills based classes offered at the Avalar Career Center.

NEW AGENT MENTORING

Avalar has developed a new agent mentoring program that aligns the new agent with a more experienced agent for actual on-the-job training. Our materials are customizable so that each office can adjust them to fit their own timelines, compensation models, objectives and guidelines.
