Broker orientation
Once
a broker and his/her office become a part of the Avalar
network,
Avalar provides an orientation program at its corporate
headquarters in Las Vegas. This orientation is open to the
franchisee and their administrative staff, and includes
training on all policies and procedures as well as information
on the resources (training, marketing, vendor partnerships,
intranet, etc) available to them as an Avalar franchisee.
This is a wonderful opportunity for the broker to meet Avalar’s
executive personnel as well as the support staff that will
be instrumental in helping the franchisee build a successful
office.
Additionally, Avalar provides courses, seminars, skill sessions,
conferences, conventions and meetings for brokers, agents
and employees throughout the year.
