Avalar Real Estate & Mortgage Network, DRG began as Denman Realty Group, L.L.C. in 2000. The company was founded by Wade Denman as a brokerage focusing on investment and small commercial real estate. Wade started his own business after working for several years in the financial analysis and lending fields of the commercial real estate world. Based on his extensive experience, it was Wade’s goal to create a company that could provide expert real estate brokerage services and investment advice based on sound real estate experience, market knowledge, and financial analysis.

Since its inception, Denman Realty has expanded its focus to include all aspects of residential real estate in addition to its investment and small commercial services. In 2006, Denman Realty Group, LLC purchased the first Phoenix franchise of Avalar Real Estate Network and has been operating under the name of Avalar Real Estate & Mortgage Network, DRG ever since. With offices in Mesa and Scottsdale, the company offers a full-line of real estate services.
